Hydraulic fine-grained binder with moderate strength of Rc₂₈>3 MPa, suitable for use in underground workings in non-methane and methane mines with “a”, “b” or “c” methane explosion safety levels and “A” and “B” coal dust explosion hazard class., 5th grup of a tendency to spontaneous combustion of coal and water hazards conditions.

Binders are produced in accordance with the Quality and Environment Management System: ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and PN-N-18001:2004.

It is suitable for:

• shotcreting of workings,
• building of insulation belts,
• liquidation of under-floor zeros,
• building of dams and insulation plugs,
• liquidation and sealing of gaps in the rock mass,
• liquidation of shallow gaps and discontinuous deformations (any types of craters, sink holes, fissures etc.) occurring on the surface as a result of, among others, underground extraction
• and for other applications, in which the binder complies with technical requirements.

We offer binders packed in bags:

• Utex-5 with the strength of Rc₂₈ ≥ 4 MPa  

and loose:

• Solitex-K with the strength of Rc₂₈ ≥ 3 MPa
• Utex-5 with the strength of Rc₂₈ ≥ 4 MPa  

Bagged mineral binders are packed in 25 kg bags and stacked on pallets.The packaged can be transported by any covered means of transport, protecting packaging against damage.
Should be stored in a well-ventilated storage rooms, in original packaging.

Loose biners are transported in  hermetically closed car tankers or, depending on the capabilities of the recipient - by rail.

Automatic loading of wagons allows you to optimize the cost and time of carried shipments.
Binders should be stored in dry silos and protected from moisture.

Warranty
The manufacturer guarantees that the binders packed and stored under specified conditions retain their properties for 6 months from date of manufacture. Loose binders retain their properties for 3 months from date of manufacture.
