This artificial stone was formed after hardening the ash concrete mixture with a strength of 6 to 9 MPa. Lean concrete is the mixture of aggregate, ash-slag, binder and water and  other additives in optimum proportions where it is appropriate to be used .

The lean ash-slag concrete foundation is one or more layers of thick slurry of ash-slag concrete which forms the load bearing part of the pavement structure after hardening. The main raw material of lean concrete is the ash-slag mixture from the CHP plant, which is stored on a dry super-level landfill. It is characterized by its own solidifying potential and binding properties.
Properties of ash-slag mixtures depend on their pozzolanic properties - there are reactions between silicate minerals (pozzolans) and calcium compounds when  mixture with the binder  water is thickening.
Ashes and slags are  alkaline materials associated with the content of lime compounds. In this respect they are similar to traditional binders, ie. cement and lime, so the environmental impact and health and safety considerations are the same as when using traditional building binders.

Hydraulic binders, suitable for use in underground workings in non-methane and methane mines with “a”, “b” or “c” methane explosion safety levels and “A” and “B” coal dust explosion hazard class.

Binders are produced in accordance with the Quality and Environment Management System: ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and PN-N-18001:2004.

It is suitable for:

• shotcreting of workings, delivery of insulation and support belts,
• liquidation of under-floor zeros, delivery of dams and insulation plugs,
• liquidation and sealing of gaps in the rock mass, sealing and reinforcing injections,
• liquidation of shallow gaps and discontinuous deformations (any types of craters, sink holes, fissures etc.) occurring on the surface as a result of among others, underground extraction,
• liquidation of drill holes, delivery of insulation barriers and for other applications, in which the binder complies with technical requirements.

We offer binders packed in bags:

• Utex-15 with the strength of Rc₂₈ ≥ 15 MPa

and loose

• Solitex-G  with the strength of Rc₂₈ ≥ 10 MPa, drobnoziarniste

• Utex-15 with the strength of Rc₂₈ ≥ 15 MPa

Bagged mineral binders are packed in 25 kg bags and stacked on pallets.The packaged can be transported by any covered means of transport, protecting packaging against damage.
Should be stored in a well-ventilated storage rooms, in original packaging.

Loose biners are transported in  hermetically closed car tankers or  depending on the capabilities of the recipient - by rail.

Automatic loading of wagons allows you to optimize the cost and time of carried shipments.
Binders should be stored in dry silos and protected from moisture.

Warranty
The manufacturer guarantees that the binders packed and stored under specified conditions retain their properties for 6 months from date of manufacture. Loose binders retain their properties for 3 months from date of manufacture.

Utex-70 binder is recommended, in particular, for delivery of any hydroinsulating structures of existing sealing, with the highest degree of water resistance, especially recommended to carry out any structural waterproofing and sealing, shotcrete excavations,

Ekostabilizations are dry concrete mixes, produced on the base of coal combustion by-products from the energy sector: ashes and slags. They are characterized by their own potential of solidifying and binding properties. During ramming mixes with the binder, with the participation of water, the reaction occurs between silicate minerals (pozzolans) and calcium compounds that improve the physicochemical properties and the supporting substrate.

APPLICATION:

• to perform pavement structural layers: layers of foundation and improved road surface ground with the motion transmission of category KR1 to KR6
• the reinforcing layers, frost protection, shut off
• the road substructures (major and minor)

SCOPE OF USE:

MIX stabilizations are dry concrete mixes, based on natural mineral aggregates (sand, pospółka, gravel) mixed with ash and slag. It is one or two layers of thickened mixture when after hardening  the physicochemical properties are imoroved supporting ground, which serves to carry the load of traffic on the road. Her strength after 28 daysif binding depends on the class of stabilization from 0.5 to 9 MPa according to the requirements of the PN-S-96012 "foundation and improved surface soil stabilized with cement"

Stabilizacje MIX to gotowe mieszanki do stabilizacji gruntu, produkowane na bazie naturalnych kruszyw mineralnych (piasek, pospółka, żwir) oraz mieszanek popiołowo-żużlowych.To jedna lub dwie warstwy zagęszczonej mieszaniny, która po stwardnieniu poprawia właściwości fizykochemiczne oraz nośne podłoża, służąca do przenoszenia obciążeń od ruchu po drodze. Jej wytrzymałość po 28 dniach wiązania wynosi w zależności od klasy stabilizacji od 0,5 do 9 MPa zgodnie z wymaganiami określonymi w normie PN-S-96012 „Podbudowa i ulepszone podłoże z gruntu stabilizowanego cementem".
